Orders has to be processed before it is shipped. The time you wait before receiving the package is made up of Processing Time and Shipping Time.
Processing Time: 7 - 10 days.
A. Processing Time is calculated from the time you paid and the order is verified (verification Email will be sent after payment).
B. You may change your mind after placing the order, including but not limited to: switch to another color, size, style or a different product, changes in address. If that happens, Processing Time is calculated from the time when the order detail(s) is eventually confirmed. A confirmation Email will be sent informing the updated Estimated Delivery Time.
C. For holidays, processing time may takes longer than it usually is. We will notify you in advance.

We have a QA team to check your order products before they are packed and shipped, but sometimes mistakes happen, and a return or an exchange is necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our cancellation policy and return policy， and we have a 24H*7D customer service team to assist you。
All of our products(except customized and special items) can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service in time to cancel your order. No cancellations are acceptable once your order has been shipped. As for customized and special items, once the process has already begun, the order can no longer be canceled.
When you receive the package, please go on a thorough check-up and make sure whether the items are what you’ve ordered. If you need to exchange/return the product, please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged and in original package.
a. Items without original receipts or gift receipts.
b. Items that have been used/stained/damaged caused artificially.
c. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return a DOA (dead on arrival) item
If the item arrived broken/defective/damaged/different, or was lost, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date and follow the procedure for the 14 Days Product Guarantee.
a. You are eligible for a partial/full refund or exchange (accessories excluded) if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. For lost items, we will reship for you if it’s in stock. Or else you will get a refund.
b. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.
c. If the item has a high value, we may ask you to return it. Please include all of its accessories, like hooks, rings, etc in the returned parcel. If an accessory or component is missing, we will ask you to pay for it. Buyers will be responsible for all the return shipping fees.
60 days conditional return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new conditions, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
If you find the product damaged, please refer to our 14 Days Product Guarantee or the warranty of its category. The return package should contain all the accessories of this product, which should still be in good condition.
After 60 days from delivered
We will not accept requests for a refund or a replacement after 60 days from delivery.

There' s a lot more that curtains can do than beautifying your interiors: provide privacy, block sunlight, reduce noise, keep a warm temperature and sometimes even uplift your mood and even help relax your mind. They come in various sizes, styles, heading types, materials, etc. So, before purchase, you need to firstly figure out what kind of curtains you exactly want.
Part One、Measure for length:
Step 1. Firstly, decide how high above the window you are going to hang your hardware. Curtain rods are most often hung 4" above the top of the window trim. To add height to a room, We recommend hanging your rod 6''- 8" above the window trim to create the illusion of a taller window if space allows.
Step 2. Next, measure the distance between the rod and the point where you want your curtains to extend according to header type.
A. Measure from the rod to a little below the windowsill.
B. Measure from the rod to the floor. 1/2" off the floor is standard.
C. Add additional length for a break or puddling effect if desired.
* To have a break at the bottom of curtains with some fabric resting on the floor, which can hide uneven floor surfaces, add 2''- 4" to your measurement.
* If you want a more dramatic look with generous amount of fabric puddling on the floor, add 6''- 8" to the height measurement. Not recommended for high traffic areas, or homes with pets.
Panels on our website are generally sold in 63'', 84'', 95'',108'' lengths. You can choose the closest one to the final length you need.
Part Two、Measure for width:
Step 1. A. If you already have a rod in place, measure the length of the rod, excluding the finials.
B. If you haven't had a rod, measure the width of your window from outside molding to outside molding. You can add an extra width (3'' - 6'') to each side to extend the rod beyond the window frame if you like.
Step 2. Multiply the measurement from (A) by 1.5 - 3 for fullness, depending on fabric. The final result is the total width needed.
Panels on our website are generally sold in 80'', 84'', 104'', 197'', 200'', 236'' widths. You can choose the closest one to the final width you need.
Please pay attention: All curtains on our website are sold in pair. Each panel measures same drop with width.
For example, if your final demand is 80'' in width and 84'' in length, then you should pick the option 80''W ×84''L. And the curtains you received will be TWO panels of 40''W ×84''L.
